Our company has been entrusted by PT Solusi Bangun Indonesia Tbk (SIG Group) to carry out the Detailed Engineering Design (DED) project for three vital facilities at the AFR (Alternative Fuels and Raw Materials) facility in the Lhoknga Factory, Aceh. This strategic project aims to prepare all technical aspects in detail and thoroughly before the construction phase begins, ensuring that each structure is designed with precision in accordance with national (SNI) and international (AISC) standards.

Our scope of work includes:

1. Preliminary Studies & Field Investigations: Conducting geotechnical investigations using the sounding method to validate soil bearing capacity data, which forms the main foundation for design safety and durability.
2. Multi-Facility Structural Analysis and Design: Designing three different types of structures with varying levels of complexity, demonstrating the broad spectrum of our engineering expertise:
   • Starterkit Feeding Facility: Designing a complex multi-level steel structure to support various platforms and process equipment.
   • Biomass Storage Extension: Wide-span steel structure design for material storage buildings, with a focus on efficiency and resistance to environmental loads over a large area.
   • Carbonmix Fitting Facility: Special support structure design for hoppers and related equipment, designed to withstand significant concentrated loads.
3. Advanced Modeling and Analysis: Conducting in-depth structural strength analysis using STAAD Pro software to validate structural performance against various load combinations, including dead loads, live loads, wind, and high seismic risk at the site.
4. Preparation of Construction Tender Documents: Preparing a complete DED document package ready for the tender process, including ; Detail Design Drawings, Work Plan and Specifications (RKS), Bill of Quantity (BoQ) and Cost Estimate Plan (RAB) along with analysis.
