Our company was appointed as the consultant to develop the Detailed Engineering Design (DED) for the AFR Storage Building expansion project at the PT Solusi Bangun Indonesia plant, Cilacap. This project aims to prepare all technical plans thoroughly before the construction phase begins.

Our scope of work includes:

1. Project Planning & Consultation: Creating a detailed implementation schedule using MS Project software, coordinating and finalizing the design with the client, and submitting all report documents and drawings in hard copy format.
2. Initial Study & Data Collection: Conducting a field survey to identify existing conditions, performing a soil investigation using the Sondir method at two points, and gathering operational technical data and applicable regulations.
3. Technical Design (DED): Developing a comprehensive design covering Architectural Design, Structural Design using Staad Pro software, Mechanical & Electrical Design (including for the shredder installation), and supporting infrastructure design such as access roads and drainage.
4. Technical Document Preparation: Preparing all documents for construction, including the Work Plan and Requirements (RKS), Budget Plan (RAB) and Bill of Quantity (BoQ) complete with Unit Price Analysis (AHS), and detailed working drawings.
