Our company has once again been entrusted by PT Solusi Bangun Andalas (SIG Group) to carry out a multi-disciplinary Detailed Engineering Design (DED) project for the Biomass Feeding Facility at the Lhoknga Factory in Aceh. This project aims to provide comprehensive engineering documents covering Civil, Structural, Mechanical, and Electrical aspects as the main reference for the tender process and construction implementation.

Our scope of work includes:

1. Preliminary Studies & Field Investigations: Conducting soil investigations using the sounding/boring method at one point to obtain accurate soil bearing capacity data, ensuring the validity and safety of the foundation design.
2. Technical Design & Detailed Engineering (DED): Developing an integrated design that includes:
   • Civil & Structural: Analyzing and designing new steel structures and assessing their safety in relation to existing connected structures, in accordance with applicable design standards.
   • Mechanical: Performing calculations and detailed designs for all mechanical systems, including Hoppers, Belt Conveyors, and Bins, along with the necessary supporting structures.
   • Electrical: Designing electrical systems for facilities, including lighting layouts, grounding systems, power cable lines for equipment, and the creation of Wiring Diagrams.
3. Advanced Modeling and Analysis: Perform structural strength analysis using STAAD Pro software to validate the performance of the structure against various load combinations, including dead loads, live loads, wind, and high seismic risk at the location.
4. Technical Document Preparation: Preparing all documents for construction, including the Work Plan and Requirements (RKS), Budget Plan (RAB) and Bill of Quantity (BoQ) complete with Unit Price Analysis (AHS), and detailed working drawings.
